Standard Return Policy

30-Day Return Window – Most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Authorization Required – Please email info@BusyOffgrid.com with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We do not accept walk-in customers. Returns require approval.

Customer Responsibility – Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

Condition – All items must be returned in “Like New” condition, complete with original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

“Like New” means no signs of wear, damage, or use.

Items returned with wear, missing parts, or damage may not qualify for a refund.

Exchanges – Don't accept exchanges.
- Refund processing time – Processing time is 7 days. Management will determine if the product can be returned.
Fees & Restrictions

Restocking Fees – Certain products or brands are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping.

Refused / Undeliverable Orders – Orders refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect address may incur a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping.

Final Sale Items – Products marked “All Sales Final” are non-returnable.

Pre-Owned / Used Equipment – Certified pre-owned or used items are not eligible for return.

Temporary Use Purchases – Products purchased for short-term or one-time use (e.g., trade shows, events, or testing) are non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Products

Upon Delivery – Please inspect your order at delivery. If damage is visible, note it with the carrier, take photos, and email sales@BusyOffgrid.com the same day.

Defective or Incorrect Items – If your item arrives defective or incorrect, BusyOffgrid.com will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.

After Use – Products damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Cancellations

Before Shipment – Orders canceled before shipping will receive a full refund.

After Shipment – Orders canceled after leaving the warehouse fall under our 30-Day Return Policy and will incur return shipping costs.
Additional Notes

Some brands or products may have specific return requirements, which will be listed on the product page.

Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected at the warehouse.

We reserve the right to adjust refund amounts for items that do not meet the return condition requirements.
