We offer free shipping on most orders delivered within the contiguous United States (lower 48). No hidden fees, no surprises.

Shipping Overview

  • Free Shipping over $150.00, unless stated.
  • Order cut off: 2:00 pm (PST)
  • Handling time: (days) 2 to 3 Days (Mon- Fri)
  • Transit time (days): 2 to 3 Days (Mon- Fri) 
  • Total delivery time: All destinations: 5-10 business days

Delivery Time — Be Clear

  • Standard delivery time: 5–10 business days after your order ships to most addresses in the lower 48.

  • Processing and carrier factors (holidays, weather, remote areas, freight scheduling) can affect timing, but our goal is always 5–10 business days.

Order Confirmation

  • Immediate email: After checkout, you’ll get an order confirmation showing we received your order and pre-authorized your payment.

  • Stock check:

    • In stock: We capture payment and start processing.

    • Back-order/unavailable: We void the pre-authorization and email you with options (wait, swap, or cancel).

Order Shipment

  • Processing time: In-stock orders typically process within 1–3 business days.

  • Ship window: Most in-stock orders ship within 3 business days of purchase.

  • Tracking: We email your shipping confirmation and tracking within 48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

  • Need help? If you don’t see tracking within 4 business days of ordering, contact sales@BusyOffgrid.com.

Freight / LTL Deliveries (Large or Heavy Items)

  • Some products ship via freight (LTL). The carrier may contact you to schedule delivery.

  • Please ensure someone is available to inspect and sign. Freight cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

International Orders

At this time, BusyOffgrid.com only sells and ships within the United States.

Our products are designed to meet North American electrical standards (typically 120/240V, 60Hz) and are certified for use in the U.S. and Canada only.

We do not currently process or fulfill international orders.

If we expand to international shipping in the future, all international customers will be responsible for confirming local compliance and covering any associated import duties, VAT/GST, or brokerage fees.

Damages — What to Do

Help us resolve issues fast:

  1. Inspect at delivery. Check packaging and product before signing.

  2. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, or refuse delivery if damage is significant.

  3. Photograph everything (outer box, shipping label, inner packaging, and product).

  4. Report within 48 hours: Email photos and your order number to sales@BusyOffgrid.com

We’ll coordinate replacements, parts, or repairs with the carrier/manufacturer as quickly as possible.
